Shipping policy

In most cases your items will ship within a few hours or days, however, due to travel, pandemics, items being out of stock, disaster, damage, holidays, and the regular wear and tear of life on all our schedules, there could be times where it takes up to a week to pack and ship the item. So please allow at least 14-18 days before contacting us about items that haven't arrived yet. We're gonna do our best to get it to you ASAP, but delays happen, so keep that long timeframe in mind just in case.
